We know these products from the inside
Müller & Krüger supplies Europe with Gokhale Method® products. Behind it are two people from Bonn, Germany, who worked at Gokhale Method themselves.
Why we exist
Gokhale Method is a US company with no branch in Europe. At the same time, there are teachers in Germany and across Europe who were trained personally by Esther Gokhale, and their students need the products. For years, an ocean, high shipping costs and long delivery times lay between the two.
In 2018 we set out to close that gap, at first with nothing but the Stretchsit® Cushion. Today we import all products ourselves, store them in Germany and supply Gokhale teachers across Europe as well as individual customers from here.
Who we are
Björn Krüger worked at Gokhale Method as Director of Research and Product Development from 2015 to 2022. Today he is a professor at the University of Bonn.
Jonas Müller joined Gokhale Method in 2016 and is its Director of Operations today. He holds a doctorate in physics from the University of Bonn.
We are equal shareholders in Müller & Krüger GmbH. Jonas runs the day to day business, and we take all fundamental decisions together. We have no employees.

Where our products come from
Our stock comes from the same production runs as the goods Gokhale Method sells in the USA. There is no parallel production, no second-grade quality and no leftover batches.

What we are not
We are not Gokhale teachers. We have taken several courses ourselves and we know how the products work in everyday life, but we do not teach the method. If you want to learn the techniques properly, you are in better hands with a trained teacher. You will find an overview under [Courses and teachers].
Why order directly from us
Our products are also available on Amazon. There we sell the same goods from the same warehouse, listed as “Sold by Müller & Krüger GmbH”.
Ordering directly from us, most products cost 3 € less than on Amazon. Within Germany we charge 3 € for shipping, so from the second item onwards you pay less overall. The German-language book is excluded from this price difference, because German law sets a fixed retail price for books.
